What is a Wubook Login and what is it for on Newbookclloud
Wubook Login is the authentication mechanism used by wubook.net — the property management and channel manager provided by Wubook s.r.l. — to grant access to your ZAK back-office, your Bookizer booking engine, and the underlying Wubook API. Every hotelier who runs their reservations through Wubook has a Wubook Login associated with a specific property (or portfolio of properties).
Newbookclloud is an independent shop of third-party add-on modules that plug into your Wubook account through the same Wubook API. To connect a module to your property we need one thing and one thing only: your Wubook Login authorisation token. That token is issued by Wubook itself after you enter your email and password on the wubook.net login screen — the Newbookclloud website never sees your password. Once the token is issued, Newbookclloud uses it to read reservations, folios, channel status, room states and rate plans as required by the module you activated. You can revoke the token at any time from your Wubook account, which instantly disconnects our modules.

Enter the property email below, click through the one-time link, sign in on wubook.net, approve the requested scopes, and control returns to Newbookclloud with your account ready to activate any module in the catalogue.

The link is valid for 30 minutes and can be used once. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder — the sender address is auth@newbookclloud.org.
What if my Wubook Login does not work?
The most common issues are: (a) the property email has changed and Wubook has not been updated — fix from your Wubook account settings; (b) the wubook.net multi-factor prompt is going to an old phone — reset from Wubook support; (c) your Wubook account was closed and you are trying to reactivate — contact Wubook directly, not us. Newbookclloud does not have any way to bypass Wubook Login — we only receive tokens issued by Wubook itself. If you cannot sign in to wubook.net at all, no add-on on our shop will work until you regain access. Wubook's own support desk is your first port of call in that case.
