Twelve modules, twelve prices, no bundles
We do not sell bundles or tiered plans. Every module is priced individually per month; you activate the ones you need and cancel the ones you do not. The first month is prorated by day count from the date of activation.

Billing rules
- Currency: euro (EUR). Italian VAT at 22% is added at checkout for consumers. Business customers with a valid EU P.IVA are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable.
- First month: prorated by day count. Activate on the 12th of a 30-day month → first invoice covers 19 days.
- Recurring: billed on the first business day of each calendar month for the coming period.
- Payment methods: SEPA direct debit, major credit cards through our PCI-DSS certified processor (Stripe), or bank transfer to our IBAN at Intesa Sanpaolo for annual plans of €150 and above.
- Cancellation: one click from the account page. Stops the recurring charge at end of period. No refund on the current month, no lock-in.
- Italian e-invoicing: enter your codice destinatario or PEC address at checkout and the fattura elettronica is routed through Sistema di Interscambio within 48 hours.
Volume discounts
For hotel groups running 5+ Wubook properties on a single Newbookclloud account, a 15% discount is applied to the monthly rate of every module. For 15+ properties the discount is 25%. No paperwork required — the discount kicks in automatically once you connect the fifth or fifteenth property via Wubook Login.
What is not included
Your underlying Wubook ZAK subscription is not included. Newbookclloud is strictly an add-on shop. If you are not already paying Wubook, sign up on wubook.net first.
