Inside your Newbookclloud account
Once you have signed in with your Wubook Login, the Newbookclloud account area gives you fine-grained control over which modules are active on your property, what data each module can access, and how you are billed.
What lives in the account area
The account dashboard shows the property name, the underlying Wubook Login user identifier (never the password), and the list of modules currently active. Each module row shows: activation date, next billing date, current status (active, paused, cancelled), and a link to the module's own configuration panel.
On the "Billing" tab you find every invoice issued for the property, downloadable as PDF and — if you provided a codice destinatario at checkout — a copy of the XML submitted to Sistema di Interscambio. The tab also shows the current payment method (SEPA mandate, credit card, or bank transfer arrangement) with the option to change it at any time.
The "Wubook connection" tab is where you can see the scopes granted to Newbookclloud inside your Wubook Login token: for example, "Read reservations", "Write rate plans", "Read room states". If a module needs a scope that is not currently granted, activation will pause and ask you to re-authorise via a fresh Wubook Login flow.
Adding a new module
From the dashboard, click "Add module" and pick from the catalogue. If the module requires scopes you have not yet granted, you will be redirected once through the Wubook Login flow to approve them. Otherwise activation is immediate — the module starts running as soon as you complete the one-screen mapping wizard.
Removing a module
Every module has a "Cancel at end of period" button and a "Cancel immediately" button. The first stops the recurring charge but keeps the module running until the last paid day. The second stops the module the same minute — no refund is issued for the days remaining in the paid period. Cancelling the last module on your account does not close the account itself — you can reactivate at any time.
Exporting your data
The "Data export" tab produces a downloadable ZIP with every record ever produced by every module active or previously active on your property, in CSV and JSON. Exports are available for 90 days after cancellation, in line with our DPA.
