Do I need a Wubook account to buy a module?
Yes. Every module in the catalogue is written against the Wubook API and requires an active Wubook ZAK subscription. If you do not have Wubook yet, sign up on wubook.net first, then come back here.
Do you work with the free Wubook plan?
Yes — our modules only need Wubook API access, which is available on all Wubook plans including the free Bookizer-only tier. Confirm your specific endpoint access in your Wubook admin area.
Can I try before I buy?
Every module ships with a 14-day shadow period during which the module records what it would do but does not push changes back to Wubook. You can inspect the log, then flip the switch to go live. Full cancellation is one click away throughout.
In what currency are prices?
Euro. Italian VAT at 22% is added at checkout for consumers; for B2B customers with a valid P.IVA the reverse-charge mechanism applies where relevant.
Do you support Italian electronic invoicing (SdI)?
Yes. Provide your codice destinatario or PEC address at checkout — invoice is routed through Sistema di Interscambio within 48 hours of activation.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes, for annual billing at €150 or above. Contact support with your P.IVA — we will send a proforma with our IBAN at Intesa Sanpaolo.
How does Wubook Login work?
You click "Connect with Wubook Login" on our page. You are redirected to the Wubook Login screen at wubook.net. You enter your Wubook username and password on the Wubook page (never on our page). Wubook returns a signed authorisation token to our server. That token is what we use to talk to your Wubook account.
Do you store my Wubook password anywhere?
No. We never see it. The token we store can be revoked from your Wubook account at any time, which instantly disconnects our modules from your data.
What if I change my Wubook password?
Nothing changes for us — the token stays valid. If you deliberately revoke the token, our modules will show a "Reconnect via Wubook Login" prompt.
Which OTAs are supported by the OTA Reconciliation module?
Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Agoda and Airbnb out of the box. Additional OTAs can be added on request — usually within two weeks.
Can the F&B POS Bridge work with my legacy POS?
If your POS can export tickets in OPI or Micros standard format, or has an open REST API, we can bridge it. We currently ship out-of-the-box adapters for TCPOS and Lightspeed Restaurant.
Which data warehouse platforms are supported?
Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift and Postgres as landing schemas. dbt starter package with 12 pre-modelled views is included.
Where is my data physically stored?
EU: primary compute in Frankfurt, cold backups in Milan. No data crosses EEA borders. See our Data Processing Agreement for the full sub-processor list.
Are you registered with the Italian data protection authority?
Yes. Newbookclloud Retail S.r.l. is registered as data controller with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali under P.IVA IT 07284916350.
What happens to my data when I cancel?
Modules stop reading and writing to your Wubook account immediately. Data produced by the module is available for export for 90 days, then automatically purged. Full details in Article 7 of the DPA.
