Arrivals Digest emails your reception team a clean, printable overview of the day's Wubook arrivals every morning at 07:00 local time. Each row shows the guest name, room type, ETA, meal plan, special requests parsed from OTA channels and a VIP or returning-guest flag matched against your history in Wubook.
The module integrates with your Wubook account via the official Wubook API using your Wubook Login. It reads the Reservations endpoint once per hour and re-sends the digest if a same-day booking arrives after the morning send. It sits alongside Wubook ZAK — nothing in your PMS is written or modified.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime. The template is customisable with your hotel logo and reception phone. Digest can also be forwarded to housekeeping and F&B departments as CC lines.
