Corporate Rate Manager for Wubook
Manage negotiated corporate contracts alongside Wubook public inventory.
Corporate Rate Manager gives your sales team a clean spreadsheet-style interface to store negotiated corporate rates, LNR codes, dynamic discounts and blackout dates for each contracted account. When a booking arrives with the matching LNR code, the module quietly overrides the public BAR in Wubook and applies the correct corporate rate.
The module integrates with your Wubook account via the official Wubook API using your Wubook Login, using the private Rate Plan endpoint. It sits alongside Wubook ZAK — public rates on OTAs remain untouched. Only reservations with a matching corporate code are affected.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Includes production per corporate account, quarterly consumption reports and expiry alerts 45 days before contract renewal.
