F&B POS Bridge for Wubook
Post restaurant and bar charges from your POS into Wubook guest folios.
F&B POS Bridge picks up every ticket closed on your restaurant or bar POS with a room-charge payment method, then posts the amount to the matching Wubook guest folio within 5 seconds. Supports TCPOS, Lightspeed Restaurant, and any POS that can emit an OPI or Micros-standard export file.
The module integrates with your Wubook account via the official Wubook API using your Wubook Login, writing extras through the Charges endpoint. It sits alongside Wubook ZAK — the folio structure is preserved, and reversals from the POS become negative charges in Wubook automatically.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Includes daily reconciliation report showing POS totals versus posted-to-folio totals, flagging any orphan tickets that could not be matched to a checked-in guest.
