Group Enquiry Router catches group RFPs coming in via email, web form or Cvent, then holds a temporary block of rooms in Wubook for 72 hours while your sales team responds. If the group confirms, the block converts to a live reservation batch; if it lapses, the rooms are returned to public inventory automatically.
The module integrates with your Wubook account via the official Wubook API using your Wubook Login, using the Availability and Reservations endpoints. It sits alongside Wubook ZAK — you can still process one-off group bookings manually in the native interface. The router only touches enquiries flagged with a group ID.
