Housekeeping Board renders your entire room grid on a large TV or tablet screen behind the reception, colour-coded by Wubook's room states: vacant clean, vacant dirty, occupied clean, occupied dirty, out-of-order. Staff tap a room to change status, add a note or attach a photo of any damage.
The module integrates with your Wubook account via the official Wubook API using your Wubook Login, writing status updates back through the Room States endpoint. It sits alongside Wubook ZAK — housekeeping supervisors can keep using the native Wubook mobile app in parallel.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Includes a daily housekeeping report emailed at 22:00 CET with rooms turned, average clean time and outstanding out-of-order units.
