Nightly Trial Balance closes the day at 23:59 CET, then emails your finance team a full trial balance derived from Wubook postings, including revenue by room type, breakfast revenue, other extras, city tax collected and OTA commission accrued. The report ships as PDF and XLSX.
The module integrates with your Wubook account via the official Wubook API using your Wubook Login. It sits alongside Wubook ZAK — the module is read-only, no folio is modified. Chart of accounts mapping is configurable per property so it lines up with your bookkeeper's plan.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Report retention is 25 months, meeting the standard Italian archival requirement for accounting attachments.
