OTA Reconciliation for Wubook
Reconciles OTA statements against Wubook reservations, flags discrepancies.
OTA Reconciliation ingests monthly commission statements from Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Agoda and Airbnb, then matches every line to the corresponding reservation in Wubook. Discrepancies — wrong commission rate, missing cancellation waivers, ghost bookings — are grouped into a dispute pack you can send back to the OTA in one click.
The module integrates with your Wubook account via the official Wubook API using your Wubook Login, reading the Reservations endpoint. It sits alongside Wubook ZAK — no changes are made to reservations. You upload OTA statements via drag-and-drop or configure automatic IMAP fetch from your finance inbox.
Monthly billing, cancel anytime. Historical statements up to 24 months back can be reconciled retroactively during onboarding.
