Adding your first Newbookclloud module
Step 1 — pick a module from the catalogue
Open /catalog and scroll through the twelve modules. For your first activation we recommend something low-stakes and read-only, such as Arrivals Digest for Wubook (€14/mo) or Nightly Trial Balance (€16/mo). Click "Add to cart" — the cart drawer opens on the right.
Step 2 — proceed to checkout
Click "Go to checkout" in the cart drawer. Fill in your contact details, property name and Italian invoicing details (P.IVA and codice destinatario if you want fattura elettronica through SdI). Tick the consent boxes and click "Continue to Wubook Login".
Step 3 — complete Wubook Login
You are redirected to wubook.net. Enter the API-capable operator credentials from the credentials guide, complete 2FA if enabled, and approve the requested scopes on the consent screen. Do not enter these credentials on newbookclloud.org — the Newbookclloud page will never ask for your Wubook password.
Step 4 — map rooms and rate plans
Back on newbookclloud.org you land on a one-screen mapping wizard. For a read-only module like Arrivals Digest this is mostly automatic — you just confirm the property name and email addresses that should receive the digest. For write-capable modules like Autopricer or Fatture in Cloud Bridge you match each Wubook room type to the module's internal category. Takes 60 to 120 seconds for a small property.
Step 5 — activate
Click "Activate module". Two things happen: (a) the first prorated invoice is issued and emailed to you within 60 seconds, (b) the module starts running immediately. For Arrivals Digest that means the next 07:00 send will include your property. For Autopricer the first 14 days run in shadow mode — you see the recommendations but nothing is pushed to Wubook.
Step 6 — verify the first output
From the account dashboard click through to the module's own panel. There is always a "First 24 hours" section showing what the module has done since activation — first API call to Wubook, first output produced (digest sent, rate recommended, folio charge posted, etc.), any errors encountered. If anything looks off, click "Contact support" from that panel and the ticket auto-attaches the diagnostic log.
Every module has a "Cancel" button in its panel. If you decide the first module is not for you, cancel within the 14-day consumer withdrawal window and receive a full refund per our refund policy.
